About Postal Artifacts

Our Story

It all began with letters.

Decades ago, during the golden age of handwritten correspondence, a man born in the 1930s began collecting the world, one stamp at a time. He was a school founder, a tinkerer, and a dreamer who ran a technical institute that connected him with students, inventors, and colleagues across continents. Letters arrived from every corner of the globe, from Europe to Lebanon in its golden age, each envelope carrying a small piece of art: a stamp.

Married to a German woman and endlessly fascinated by the beauty of the world’s designs, he began saving them. Each stamp told a story of history, travel, diplomacy, and everyday life, becoming a quiet museum of ink and imagination.

He passed away young, leaving behind an extraordinary time capsule of over 9,000 stamps, a kaleidoscope of nations that once existed, borders that shifted, and stories frozen in postmarks.

Today, this inherited treasure has evolved into a passion project called Postal Artifacts, where stamps aren’t just collected but reimagined.

We turn history into art, correspondence into conversation pieces, and forgotten postal relics into furniture, wall décor, and bespoke designs that carry both meaning and memory.

What once traveled the world now lives again, on your walls, your tables, and your stories.

From Envelopes to Everyday Art

Stamps were never meant to stay hidden in albums — they were born to travel, to tell stories, to inspire.
At Postal Artifacts, we give them a second life, turning miniature pieces of history into bold, modern design.

Whether you fall in love with a single stamp or want to curate a global collage, your piece can become:

  • Wall Art: Framed individually or as a custom group piece (special pricing available by email request)

  • Furniture: Tables, trays, and accent pieces that carry entire journeys within their designs

  • Posters & Prints: Enlarged visuals that turn postal history into contemporary décor

  • Jewelry & Keepsakes: Tiny treasures that bring vintage elegance to the everyday

  • And beyond: Each stamp holds infinite potential — tell us your idea, and we’ll make it tangible

Because art doesn’t just hang on walls here — it’s posted, stamped, and reborn.
